CWHR, CWH Lessee Services and CWH Estate Office work together to combat illegal hostel

CityWest Homes Residential, CWH Lessee Services and CWH Churchill Gardens Estate Office have worked together to assist a City of Westminster lessee in serving the correct notices to evict the tenants of a property in the Churchill Gardens Estate that were running an illegal hostel in one of the flats. The property has now been successfully 're-let' by CityWest Homes Residential under an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement to fully referenced, private rented sector tenants at market rent. from private sector tenants for a property in the Churchill Gardens Estate.
Our marketing produced so much demand from prospective tenants, that
4 parties offered at asking price. Subsequently we asked for their highest
'sealed bid' to acheive an offer £100 per month above the asking price.
