Our property management service
We have a highly efficient property management service which will provide you and your tenant with an excellent and reliable service. This includes:
24 hour emergency repair and maintenance service
Tenants will be able to log repairs at any time of the day through our website. We will keep you informed of any works that are needed.
Property inspections
We will periodically visit your property to check on the condition and advise on any maintenance issues.
Transfer of utilities
We will arrange the transfer of the standard utilities to ensure peace of mind and hassle-free letting for both you and your tenant
Key holding service
We shall hold a set of keys to arrange repairs, inspections and emergency access. Should you or your tenant lose a set, we can arrange replacement sets or lock change should you require it.
Payments
We can ensure your service charges, ground rents or any other property related charges are paid on your behalf.
Check-out process
At the end of the tenancy we will arrange for an independent inventory company to conduct a check-out, drawing up a written report on their findings and to advise and negotiate any dilapidations.
