Pre-tenancy works and tenant check-in
We can help to arrange the agreed pre-tenancy conditions such as pre-tenancy cleans and book an independent inventory company to prepare an inventory and schedule of condition (check-in).
Free rent collection
We will collect rent on your behalf and automatically deposit this into your account. Should your rent not arrive on time we will notify you immediately and help to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.
