CityWest Homes Residential is a trading subsidiary of CityWest Homes Limited manages Westminster City Council's 21,700 homes and is wholly owned by City of Westminster Council.

In April 2002 CityWest Homes (CWH) became one of the first Arms Length Management Organisations (ALMO) in the country.

CityWest Homes deliver housing management and maintenance services to tenants and leaseholders through local estate offices across the borough of Westminster from Pimlico to Queens Park and Soho to Bayswater.

The housing management services provided by CityWest Homes are excellent with excellent prospects for improvement, according to an independent report released by the Audit Commission.

On a scale from zero to three stars the Audit Commission inspection team gave the service a top score of three stars.

Hugh Boatswain, lead inspector for the Audit Commission – London region, said:

”The service has continued to improve from an already very good base and in some areas there has been real innovation. The services provided are readily accessible to tenants and leaseholders and are well publicised.”
