CWHR, CWH Lessee Services and CWH Estate Office work together to combat illegal hostel

CityWest Homes Residential, CWH Lessee Services and CWH Churchill Gardens Estate Office have worked together to assist a City of Westminster lessee in serving the correct notices to evict the tenants of a property in the Churchill Gardens Estate that were running an illegal hostel in one of the flats. The property has now been successfully 're-let' by CityWest Homes Residential under an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement to fully referenced, private rented sector tenants at market rent. We are of course very pleased with the demonstrable benefits of this team effort.
