 CityWest Homes Residential have recently secured 'sealed bids' of tenure

from private sector tenants for a property in the Churchill Gardens Estate.

Our marketing produced so much demand from prospective tenants, that

4 parties offered at asking price. Subsequently we asked for their highest

'sealed bid' to acheive an offer £100 per month above the asking price.
